🎉 You completed the 3-Day Challenge!

Three days. Three ancient systems. Most people never make it to Day 3 — you did. That matters. Take a moment to notice how your body feels compared to three days ago.

WHAT YOU JUST PRACTICED

The World's Oldest Recorded Qigong Practice

In 1973, archaeologists excavating Tomb No. 3 at Mawangdui in Changsha, Hunan Province unearthed a piece of silk — 133cm long and 51cm wide — painted with 44 human figures in precise movement poses. Dating to the early Western Han Dynasty (roughly 200 BC), it is the oldest illustrated guide to physical wellness ever found.

The practice you just completed is built directly from these figures. Every movement you did today has been doing what it does for over 2,000 years — opening the meridians, lengthening the tendons, and activating the body's deep longevity energy.

In today's session, you worked on:

Lengthening and opening the tendons and connective tissue
Strengthening heart and lung function through coordinated breath
Activating the deep energy reservoirs connected to longevity
Improving posture through tendon-stretching and spinal release
Harmonising Qi and blood flow throughout the whole body

THE FULL PICTURE OF WHAT HAPPENED

Three days of practice. Three layers of your body transformed.

Each day built on the last. Here's what your body went through.

Day 1 — Meridians

Your meridian pathways opened. Blocked Qi in the neck, shoulders, and lower back began to move for the first time in years — many students felt the release within the first session.

Day 2 — Eyes & Liver

Your liver meridian was activated, nourishing the eyes and supporting the nervous system. Eye strain accumulated from years of screen exposure began to ease at its root cause.

Day 3 — Tendons & Longevity ✓

Your tendons lengthened. Your heart and lungs strengthened. Your body's full Qi circuit completed — the compound effect of all three days working together at once. This is where transformation begins.

About Master Haolin

Master Haolin has been practicing traditional Chinese wellness arts since the age of 8 — that's 46 years of dedicated study. He has spent his life mastering these ancient practices and making them accessible to students worldwide, regardless of age or fitness level.

"Movement nourishes the body. Stillness nourishes the mind."

THE THREAD RUNNING THROUGH ALL THREE DAYS

"Longer Tendons
Mean Longer Life."

This is the ancient principle at the heart of today's practice — and it's also the founding philosophy of one of China's most complete tendon-transformation systems: Yijinjing Qigong.

The Mawangdui practice gave you a taste of what deep tendon work feels like. Yijinjing — a 1,800-year Shaolin tradition — takes this to its complete expression: two full styles, 24 dedicated tutorials, Wen for internal restoration and Wu for structural transformation.

Students Who Kept Going

These are people who felt what you felt on Day 3 — and decided to go deeper into the tendon-changing system.

★★★★★
12 postures done properly

I've bought yijinjing courses before that skipped through the postures too fast. this one lets each posture breathe. thats how its supposed to be taught. thank you for not rushing.

— James W.
★★★★★
history and context

loved that Master Haolin explains the history of yijinjing and the tradition it comes from. some teachers just show you movements without the why. context makes me practice with more intention.

— Prof. Linda C.
★★★★★
spiritual practice too

if you're only in it for the physical benefits this course still delivers. but if you want the deeper spiritual dimension of qigong, its here too. Master Haolin touches on the philosophy without preaching. thats a hard balance and he nails it.

— Rev. Timothy G.
★★★★★
detoxifying feeling

hard to describe but I feel like this practice moves stuff out of my body that no other exercise does. I sweat differently. sleep differently. wake up clearer. sounds vague but its real.

— Yolanda
★★★★★
digital course but feels personal

was hesitant to buy an online course because I prefer in-person. but Master Haolin's presence comes through the screen. he speaks like hes teaching one person not a camera. that makes a difference.

— Kevin
★★★★★
beginner friendly

I was worried this would be too advanced but the pacing is really gentle. Master Haolin explains each posture with modifications for beginners. I'm 6 weeks in and holding the postures much longer than I could at the start.
