30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you purchase any course and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- You must have completed less than 25% of the course content.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to taichi.haolin@outlook.com with your order number.

How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used at purchase
- Reason for refund (optional)

We will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the course content will be revoked immediately.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we reasonably believe the policy is being abused — for example, if a customer has previously requested multiple refunds, or has consumed a substantial portion of the course content.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us at taichi.haolin@outlook.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

European Union Customers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by accessing the course content, you acknowledge that you waive this right. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee provides broader protection than EU law requires.

Bundle Purchases

For the Complete Wellness Bundle, the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies. If you are not satisfied with the bundle, you may request a full refund within 30 days, provided less than 25% of the total content across all courses has been accessed.
